Hi everyone! I'm Sarah and I live in New Jersey.
I'm a mom of three crazy (but pretty cute!) humans, an adorable rescue mutt named Lola, and a gray lop-eared bunny named Charlotte. If that wasn't enough, I am also a teacher by day, working with students who struggle to read and I own a tiny Etsy shop by night so for me, scrapping is my way to take a little "me time." I started with paper scrapping when my daughter was first born (13 years ago!) and slowly made my way to digital scrapbooking the more and more my husband complained about all the scrapbooking supplies laying around. In all honesty, I love tech and so the move to Photoshop was a natural one for me.
I'm so happy to be here and to learn from all the wonderful artists here!
Welcome Sarah! I have what is truly a very small amount of craft supplies for paper scrapbooking, but my husband is convinced I have the largest collection. I'm not sure how to explain to him that some people have entire rooms dedicated to this hobby, not just a little part of their desk
Anyway, digital certainly helps solve marital discord, as well as keeps those little hands off things they shouldn't have.
Marisa, This made me laugh out loud! As a more creative type, digital scrapping definitely keeps my OCD husband from losing his mind. I firmly believe that husbands automatically see our stack and it doubles in their mind! lol
