Error Message in Freebie Section

I was going to post a new topic in Freebies, but stumbled across this error message:

I first hit "continue" on "Before posting in this forum..." pop-up, and then the AJAX HTTP error came up.

Am also getting a similar kind of error message while uploading a layout to the Gallery. It is getting uploaded the third time only....
