Main Bundles Add-Ons in Commons

Hello,
I apologize if someone already asked this before: I was thinking of applying for the Commons and I have some ideas for designs that would match a few of the Kits/Bundles and I thought I could offer them as "Add-Ons" or at least mention in the description for the design that it matches such and such Kit/Bundle. Is this acceptable? Do I need the permission of the Bundles/Kits' designers?
