when i press the download button, a sign at the top of my page says that this is not a safe option when i click yes to open to download i have already lost my ponits on the items i clicked there i did not get any down loads is there any soltions to this querie this happens regularly to me many thanks Christine Harrison

Sorry for your trouble Christine. Can I ask what browser and operating system you are using? I would suggest trying a different browser that does not block your downloads (have you tried Google Chrome?).
