Making a Junk Journal

I've had some questions on how I make the junk journal inserts that I've been using. And while I certainly didn't invent this method, I thought I'd go ahead and make a video tutorial on the stitching process. It's really very easy, doesn't require a lot of tools (just something to poke your holes, an embroidery needle and some thread) and is a great way to use up whatever paper you have leftover. I tend to make mine in either a travelers notebook size (4x8) or a smaller passport size (3.5x5), but you can make it whatever size works for you.

I love how you made your own die-cut sheets to put inside your journal!

@Deanna: I haven't actually ever used more than one signature, so I haven't figured out how to stitch them into a book yet :)

If you are using more than one signature to put together a junk journal, do you sew each individual signature first as you have done here and then sew them to the cover or do you just sew each signature directly to the cover?
